This website presents music and offers contact by email. It has no contact form or newsletter and does not use a visitor analytics tool of its own. Fonts, images and video thumbnails are loaded from our own webspace.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed, including your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address, the response status and device, browser and, where supplied, referrer information sent by your browser.
This processing makes the website available, helps resolve errors and protects against misuse. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of the website. Server logs are needed only for as long as these purposes and, where relevant, the investigation of specific security incidents require; automatic deletion depends on the logging configuration set up with the hosting provider.
3. Cookies and administrator login
The website itself does not set a session cookie for ordinary visits. A technically necessary PHP session is used only for login and administration. It maintains the administrator login and protects forms against unauthorised requests. Where applicable, this processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; necessary access to the user's device relies on the exception in section 25(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). The session cookie lasts until the end of the browser session. Logging out ends the session.
4. YouTube videos only with your permission
Video thumbnails are stored locally. Opening a video dialog does not yet connect to YouTube. The external YouTube player is loaded through youtube-nocookie.com only after you explicitly choose “Load YouTube video”.
For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; in other regions, Google LLC, USA, may be the provider. When the player loads, Google receives data including your IP address, browser and device information, and the video you select. Data is processed to provide the player, protect against misuse and measure playback and advertising. The player may use browser storage technologies. According to YouTube, views in privacy-enhanced mode are not used to personalise the YouTube browsing experience, and any ads shown are non-personalised. Your permission is voluntary and applies to the video you select. Where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for access to your device that requires consent, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can continue using the website without loading the player. Your choice is not stored permanently on this website.
Choosing “Stop video & withdraw” or closing the dialog removes the player and withdraws your permission for its continued embedding. This does not retrospectively affect processing that has already taken place, and we cannot delete data already stored by Google. You will be asked again the next time you open a video.
Google may also process data in the USA and other countries. Information about processing, retention, international transfers, safeguards and your settings is available in Google's privacy policy. Google's retention periods depend on the purposes described there and your Google settings.
5. Email contact and operation from Indonesia
If you send a message, we process your email address and the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, or otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to your message. Providing information is voluntary; without contact details, we cannot reply.
Messages are deleted after the enquiry has been dealt with unless they are needed for further collaboration or to meet legal retention requirements. Business correspondence subject to retention requirements is kept for the applicable statutory periods.
The operator lives in Indonesia and may access messages addressed to him and the administration area from there. Data is therefore not accessible exclusively from Germany. Other service providers receive data only in connection with the website functions described here.
6. External links
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, social networks and other providers do not load an embedded player on this website. You visit a provider's website only when you follow a link. That provider's privacy information applies there.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies to a processing activity, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, subject to the legal requirements. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You can contact us at the address above and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. This website does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling.
